Kaffarah FAQs
How much is Kaffarah?
Kaffarah requires fasting 60 consecutive days OR feeding 60 poor people. If paying monetarily, this is approximately £300 in the UK.
Can I pay Kaffarah instead of fasting 60 days?
You should attempt the 60-day fast first. Only if you’re genuinely unable to complete it can you pay the monetary equivalent.
